   • All orders are processed on the same business day.
   • If your order includes products from our standard catalog (Romanian flags, EU flags, and flags of the most popular countries), your order will be shipped on the same business day.
   • For custom flags, shipping will occur within 3 business days after payment clearence.

3. Delivery Charges
   Delivery fees vary based on the destination and selected delivery method. Exact charges will be displayed at checkout before confirming your order.

4. Tracking Your Order
   Once your order is shipped, we will send a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor your delivery.

5. Failed Deliveries
