Fabrics for Sewn Flags


Internal- Ideal fabric for indoor use and occasionally for outdoor use. The dense weave of the fabric allows a homogeneous color, perfect even on the back of the flag. The fabric is opaque to light and the thickness is very thin.


External - The ideal fabric for outdoor exposure in normal conditions. Beautiful to the eye, pleasant to the touch, and durable in an outdoor environment.


Extra durable- the ideal fabric for prolonged outdoor exposure in difficult environmental conditions, such as strong wind and rain. It allows a bright color and slight reflective effect.


Satin - the ideal fabric for indoor use, offering a luxurious and smooth finish with a subtle sheen. Its tightly woven fibers give it a vibrant, reflective quality that enhances colors on both sides of the fabric. Though lightweight, satin provides a rich and elegant look, perfect for decorative flags or indoor displays.

 Internal&External - The ideal fabric for outdoor exposure in normal conditions. Beautiful to the eye, pleasant to the touch, and durable in an outdoor environment.

 

Extra durable- the ideal fabric for prolonged outdoor exposure in difficult environmental conditions, such as strong wind and rain. It allows a bright color and a slight reflective effect. Note, that fabric is on small holes to better resists the extreme conditions.

The most popular option is the standard flag with a pole and grommet eyelets, usually flown horizontally on a vertical outdoor flagpole. The side of the flag that attaches to the pole is reinforced with canvas and fitted with metal grommets (often brass) for easy setup. There are about eight standard flag sizes, each suited for different needs. When it comes to in-ground flagpoles, the flag’s length should be around one-quarter to one-third the height of the pole. For example, if you have a 6-meter pole, a 90 cm x 135 cm flag would be just right!

Straight advertising flag has a classic rectangular shape that features a straight vertical edge along the side furthest from the pole and a straight edge along the bottom. The straight flag style has a simpler design that will give you a substantial amount of room on which to print your design while still managing to be eye-catching. These flags are perfect when you need more room to get your message across. Rectangle flags are also highly visible from anywhere. The advertising flag’s message is printed, meaning that the color shows through on both sides of the material. This makes the print equally visible in both directions, but note that the back of the design will be a mirror image. Double stitching prevents the flag from tearing through the edge.

Square flag size S comes in size 65/220 cm. and the flagpole banner type size S is wtih a total height of 270 cm.
