The flag is manufactured by waterproof digital printing on polyester designed specifically for the flag industry. Digitally printed flags are made using a 4-color process printing machine that refines the CMYK color model with a more specific code known as Pantone Matching System (PMS). We use the solid-coated version of the PMS colors in our manufacturing process to receive the exact colors according to international standards for every national flag. Our printing process is with photo quality sharp colors and durability in weather conditions. You can even machine wash your flag to keep it clean and fresh. The flag is ideal for use on standard flag poles or held by hand. Our production with wide format printers can print on rolls as wide as 10,5 feet in width. If you need a huge size of even 10 feet in height X 15 feet in length, the same can be seamlessly manufactured.

The flag of Slovenia is with a photo-quality dye-sublimation digital print and then precisely handcrafted by experienced seamstresses with a double-stitch finish ensuring that through wind and rain will stand out from the crowd. The flag provides a rich and lustrous appearance and has superb wearing strength due to the material’s superior strength-to-weight ratio. The flag is made of 117gr/m2 polyester, a material specially designed to resist wind resistance as little as possible. On average, the lifespan of a flag exposed outside is 6-9 months, but we have clients who change them for even longer periods. We must also take into account the area where they are exposed, the weather and pollution conditions (strong wind, area with a high degree of pollution, frost/thaw, etc.).

It is recommended to lower the flags from the masts when extreme weather conditions are announced: strong wind, storm, hail, etc., precisely to extend their shelflife. 

That flag has the following characteristics:

- it is made of polyester, 100%, with a weight of 117 gr/m2;

- it has good resistance in any atmospheric conditions and is UV stable and antistatic;

- has low opacity but is resistant to peeling and wrinkling;

- the material is treated fireproof class B;

-tension at wind gusts 1042 kN/m2;

- air permeability 950 l/min;

- fiber tension: in length approx. 400N; in width approx. 700N;

- heat deformation (195 degrees C): in length max 2%; in width max 2%;

- the ink used is sublimation printing ink fixed on the textile material in a special oven at 160 degrees Celsius, ecological.

The national flag of Slovenia (Slovene: zastava Slovenije) features three equal horizontal bands of white (top), blue, and red, with the Coat of arms of Slovenia located in the upper hoist side of the flag centered in the white and blue bands. The coat of arms is a shield with the image of Mount Triglav, Slovenia's highest peak, in white against a blue background at the center; beneath it are two wavy blue lines representing the Adriatic Sea and local rivers, and above it are three six-pointed golden stars arranged in an inverted triangle which are taken from the coat of arms of the Counts of Celje, the great Slovene dynastic house of the late 14th and early 15th centuries.

The flag's colors are considered to be Pan-Slavic, but they actually come from the medieval coat of arms of the Duchy of Carniola, consisting of a blue eagle on a white background with a red-and-gold crescent. The existing Slovene tricolor was raised for the first time in history during the Revolution of 1848 by the Slovene Romantic nationalist activist and poet Lovro Toman on 7 April 1848, in Ljubljana, in response to a German flag which was raised on top of Ljubljana Castle.

The civil and state ensign for ships has the same design as the national flag, but a different shape (2:3 instead of 1:2). Boats up to 24 metres (79 ft) use the national flag as an ensign. The naval jack uses colors of the coat of arms, a white, blue, and yellow horizontal tricolor.
