A stylish system which disables flagpole halyards and enables reliability. The revolving truck is mounted internally at the top of the flagpole. Tilting hinge base allows for easy flag changeouts. Flags used for this system should be of vertical shape with a sewn top pocket (pocket size 60 mm minimum).
